I have the right to refuse any commission request should it infringe on my rules, make me uncomfortable, or for any other personal reasons.

Payment.

⋆All prices are listed in USD, but I honour CAD for local clients.Method of Payment
⋆All payments are sent via Paypal, & I take upfront payments.Refund Policy
⋆Refunds will only be given if I have not started the piece, or am unable to continue.Additional Fees
⋆Prices listed are only base prices and may change depending on complexity of the work or other discussed reasons.

Work Process.

Duration
⋆I work at my own pace currently, as a recent post-secondary student studying abroad. When you commission me, the first thing I'll let you know is the (approximate) turnaround time.Updates
⋆I will always send the sketch. If requested, I can send the customer updates at each step(s): line art, flat colours, and finishing touches. The client is allowed to request changes (up to three free revisions) in early stages of the piece.

Rights.

Personal Use
⋆All commissioned artwork is for non-commercial purposes only unless discussed further.
⋆The client is able to repost on any social medias as long as I am given proper credit.Commercial Use
⋆If a client wishes to use the commissioned work for commercial use, a pre-decided premium will be added on to the price.Editing
⋆My artwork will not be altered in any way, shape, or form, without previous discussion with me.AI/NFT
⋆Do NOT use AI generation to alter my art in ANY aspect. This includes feeding/training it to any sort of AI generating website as well.⋆My artwork will never be used as NFTs. Commissioned for or not, NFT minting is not allowed.

Notes.

References
⋆Clear and detailed visual references are highly encouraged for more accuracy.
⋆If there are no existing visual references, the commissioner is required to at least provide a description and multiple references, or moodboards.
⋆Customers will be charged extra depending on the complexity of the proposed character.Stylization
⋆I consider myself a semi-realistic cartoonist, and my style will not change upon request.
